We got in contact with Daphne through her facebookgroup "Ik zoek een huis in Oostenrijk". After our first meeting, she showed us various properties in July 2020. With the help of Daphne's broad knowledge and support, we bought our dream home in September 2020 and arranged the financing in Austria.
Daphne not only helped us with the purchase of our house, but she was also our support during the entire emigration procedure to Austria and with the renovation of our house. Daphne is a reliable, honest and straightforward person, even now we can contact her with questions.

In 2018 we got in contact with Daphne.
We were still living in the Netherlands at that time. She visited us at home and we agreed that she would start searching for the perfect house for us.
When we found a house ourselves, there was contact via Skype about the property and Daphne viewed the properties on our behalve. In 2019 a house was found, Daphne helped us up to the smallest details in the purchase- and financing process of our house.
Her advice even went beyond the purchase and financing of the house, she helped us with every step of the emigration to Austria even the enrolling of the children in the schools.
Thank you Daphne for all your dedication and your guidance, without your help it would have been much more complicated.

We got to know Daphne 2020 when we were in Austria for a orientation trip. Together with her we viewed several properties. During the corona period, Daphne viewed an apartment-house on our behalf we made an offer remotely based on her findings, we were at that in the Netherlands. We bought the property and Daphne arranged everything for us, including a visit at building department of the municipality to inquire about the property, this showed that the previous owner had illegally renovated the property, her inquiry saved us a lot of time, money and hassle.
We know Daphne as someone we can always turn to with questions, she has a network around her with all disciplines, where we have been able to make use of.
We are very grateful to her for the guidance during and after the purchase of our property. We really appreciated her personal attention.

2018 we made the decision to emigrate to Austria.
2019 we met Daphne.
From that time on, she assisted us in the emigration process.
June 2020, we viewed the first properties that Daphne had found in response to our wishes. 2021 we successfully emigrated to Austria. Daphne was present at all appointments, including the appointments with the notary, the bank, the appointment regarding the residence permit, We experienced this as very pleasant, also because of the language that was still difficult for us at the time. Daphne has many contacts in her network here in Austria that are important for the emigration process. She has done a very good job for us. She is extremely knowledgeable and reliable; she does what she says and vouches for her clients.
After almost 3 years we are still in contact and we can always fall back on her knowledge where necessary, which we sometimes also use while enjoying a cup of coffee.
The next time when we move within Austria (or to Italy), we would like to use her services again. We have a warm heart for Daphne, and she is always welcome.

When we had decided to emigrate to Austria, we wanted to take our
time in purchasing a house so we decided to rent first.
2022 we met Daphne.
In the Summer of 2022, after a few viewings she found a suitable rental apartment for us.
She also guided us through the administrative part of the emigration, registration at municipality, application for a social security number, registration at Bezirkhauptmannschaft and at the Finanzamt, etc.
Later, when we found a house that suited us, she guided us through the entire purchase process.
Daphne knows the legislation and she knows where to go and she asks further questions, when necessary, which we found very pleasant.

Last year Daphne assisted us with both the purchase of our house and the emigration to Austria. What a relief that has been! Thanks to her quick action, knowledge of the processes and good network, the purchase went very smoothly. Daphne is 100% committed and always there for you. No question is too crazy and even after the move there is still quite a lot of arranging to do, which she assists you with.

In preparation for our emigration, we had a good and realistic conversation with Daphne. We finally decided to take the plunge to emigrate to Austria.
Daphne arranged a lot for us, including a rental flat, or she was an intermediary in a number of matters that needed to be arranged.
Among other things, she prepared everything for registration with the municipality and she also accompanied us in registering the children
at the new school.
After a few months we eventually decided to return to the Netherlands and Daphne also guided us when we remigrated to the Netherlands.
For instance, she arranged that our rental contract was taken over by new tenants, Top! and among other things, signing out the car was quickly arranged.
In the end, you need to arrange a lot yourself for both emigration and remigration, but it is very nice to have someone to support you, assist you and with whom you can spar.
Daphne knows the people and the institutions in Austria, and we experienced that as very pleasant.
We look back on our "short" but fantastic adventure in Austria with a good feeling.
